Dear Higher Education Colleagues,

We are writing to invite you to take part in the 3rd PHELC Symposium.  PHELC aims to support higher education teachers of large classes by providing an opportunity to share practice at events such as this and through publication of peer-reviewed practice papers.

This year, registration for PHELC 21 is FREE and is accessible at this link up to 23 June.  Full programme can be accessed here

The PHELC symposium will take place on Friday 25 June from 11am - 3pm Irish/British Standard Time (equivalent international times below)

In addition, we will have short paper presentations, lightning talks and panel discussions / Q&A. The latter part of the symposium will be workshop-based with attendees contributing some experiences of and suggestions for assessment, teaching and learning in the large class context both online and face-to-face. Individual papers will be made available online in the days immediately prior to the symposium.   Full symposium proceedings will be published in the weeks following the symposium and will include (a) all papers presented, (b) the outcomes of the workshop, and (c) the names of all attendees and their affiliated institutions.

We would be delighted and appreciative if you would share this email with colleagues in your own institutions and further afield.

In addition, please follow @PHELCprofessors on Twitter for further updates.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us:

Best wishes,

Ann Marie and Anna

PS - There will also be lots of spot prizes during the interval and at the end of the symposium!
