This year, Keele University is hosting the conference which is taking place virtually. The conference celebrates the role student – staff partnerships play in driving forward innovation in the curriculum. There are 36 live sessions from staff and students from further and higher education, running over the 4 days as well as a series of excellent keynotes which are outlined below:
Day 1 – 1st June:
Tom Lowe - Whose "Student Success" are we striving to achieve? Breaking our University bubbles to become partners in our Students' Success – Head of Student Engagement and Employability, University of Winchester.
Rafe Hallet – "Students as Digital Producers" – Dean of Education, Keele University.
Day 2 – 2nd June:
Paul Feldman – "The Digital Transformation of Higher Education Supercharged by The Pandemic" – Jisc CEO.
Graham Moore – Title To Be Confirmed. Founder of Humanutopia, Empowering Younge People to Make a Positive Change.
Day 3 - 3rd June:
Jennifer A Marie – "The Past, Present and Future: Being a Successful Change Agent in a Rapidly Changing World"
Catherine Chambers – "What happens next? Transforming the Learning Experience through Storytelling". Head of Digital Education, Keele University.
Day 4 – 4th June:
Kerry Pinny – "Shaping the Student Learning Experience" – Senior Academic Technologist, University of Warwick.
Monica Chavez - "We are the Champions: Trials, tribulations and successes of building a virtual community of practice." - Educational Developer, University of Liverpool and founder of TELFestNW
Each day has a keynote speaker in the morning and in the afternoon. Then there is a mixture of presentations and workshops running throughout the day. As well as this, each session will be recorded and uploaded later on so if you miss a session or would like to re-watch one, this will be possible too.
