We're pleased to announce that the AGCAS Skills Award Conference 'Partnerships, Pedagogy and Practice - Making Awards Successful' is open for bookings via the AGCAS website http://www.agcas.org.uk/events/1210-Partnerships-pedagogy-and-practice-making-Awards-successful
The one-day conference will be taking place on Monday 20th June at Manchester Metropolitan University.
The conference will feature:
* A range of workshops covering different aspects of partnerships, pedagogy, and practice that help support and grow the potential of skills awards for students.
* Eluned Jones, AGCAS President and keynote speaker.
* A mini presentation session setting the scene for a panel discussion of people across the sector to share their work and experiences with the delegates.
With ample downtime built into the day, the conference will be a fantastic opportunity to network with colleagues from across the UK and beyond on established and developing skills awards. Delegates will also get to see posters from a range of contributors showcasing a variety of good practice for their skills awards.
The programme can be viewed on the AGCAS website http://www.agcas.org.uk/events/1210-Partnerships-pedagogy-and-practice-making-Awards-successful
Who should attend?
The range of topics covered means that this conference is useful for those thinking of developing a Skills Award as well as those with pre-existing Awards.
Best wishes,
Sarah
