Dear Colleagues,
You are invited to attend an event called More than a pivot: Thinking critically through our pedagogy on Wednesday, 10 June at 1600 to 1730 BST. Below is a brief description of the event, and you can sign up here.
The Digital Education Network and the Institute for Curriculum Enhancement at Lancaster University and the LSE Higher Education Blog at the LSE Eden Centre for Education Enhancement will host a workshop More than a pivot: Thinking critically through our pedagogy with the invited speaker, Sean Michael Morris, co-author of An Urgency of Teachers: the Work of Critical Digital Pedagogy and co-founder of Hybrid Pedagogy, 'a community, a conversation, a collaboration, a school, and a journal' on critical digital pedagogy.' This session will be a participatory workshop where we think through our assumptions around what it means to design for learning and teaching in digital spaces especially in current circumstances. Due to the participatory nature of the workshop, admission is limited to 100 people, with additional signups entered on a waitlist.
Again, you can sign up via Eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/more-than-a-pivot-thinking-critically-through-our-pedagogy-tickets-106743306102
