We are hosting the first in a series of roundtables and workshops around questions of decolonising the curriculum and addressing the attainment gap on Tuesday March 19th, 2-4:30pm. Lubaba Khalid (Westminster), Mrinalini Greedharry (Swansea) and Shamira Meghani (Cambridge) will be discussing the following: What does it mean to decolonise the humanities and social sciences? What are practical strategies that we can use to do this work? And what relationship does this work have to the degree awarding or attainment gap?
We would be really delighted to welcome those interested in this area. The link for further information and to register is: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/decolonising-the-humanities-and-social-sciences-tickets-57993536228
Please feel free to circulate among students, colleagues and other networks.
Please do let me know if you have any questions or need any further information.
Best wishes,
Jennifer
