We are delighted to announce, the 14th annual
international conference on e-Assessment and computer supported assessment and
qualifications, the e-Assessment Question Conference and Exhibition. The
e-Assessment Question is the key Conference and Exhibition examining the
practical aspects of e-Assessment and its use from the classroom to the
workplace, for both formative and summative assessment
There is a lot happening in the world of e-Assessment,
Open
Badges,
remote
proctoring/invigilation,
advanced
and psychometrically calibrated testing tools,
integration
with learning systems,
the
implications of digital natives, and digital divides,
cloud
based activities,
data
mining of assessment data,
adaptive
assessments,
volume
processing and on demand certification etc.
are all happening now. Exciting yes, but also challenging
with new risks and rewards.
The focus of the conference will be the future, where
these and other tools are leading, and what are the risks and benefits we will
have to manage. Day One, 16th March 2016 will focus on formative e-Assessment
and assessment for learning of knowledge, understanding, competency and skills
in vocational and academic education. Day Two, 17th March 2016 will focus on
innovation and new ideas in summative e-Assessment at the heart of formal high
stakes qualifications and certification. Speakers this year include
representatives from Awarding Organisations, International Bodies, Professional
Associations and Institutions, and service/system providers from across the UK
and Europe.
Bookings may be made for either day or both days of the
event, with a discount for Charities, Schools, Colleges, Universities and those
in the public sector. Delegates can attend for one day or both.
We trust you or one of your colleagues will be able to
join us for what will certainly prove to be an invaluable and thought-provoking
event.
