Social Media for Learning in Higher Education Conference (#SocMedHE15)
Friday 18th December 2015 at Sheffield Hallam University
The inaugural national Social Media for Learning in Higher Education Conference #SocMedHE15, organised by, and held at Sheffield Hallam University is now open for bookings.
The initial programme with authors and abstracts is now available on the conference website. This event will create a forum for academics, their students and strategic managers to consider the opportunities, challenges, and the disruptive influence of social media for learning in HE. The conference keynote is Eric Stoller, who will challenge and inspire us to review social media in our context, explore the opportunities of extending our networks for learning, and understand how we as universities need to respond to the Social Age.
The contents of the programme are now finalised, and timings added in due course. Twitter at @SocMedHE and #SocMedHE15.
Details of the pre-conference workshops and dinner have now also been released, you can book for these using the conference booking form, or email socmedhe@shu.ac.uk.
