The 20th annual conference of the Association for Learning Technology will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre, University of Nottingham from 10-12 September 2013.

Early bird registration for altc2013 is now open which gives a 20% discount on all conference fees.

About the conference:
Over three days, altc2013 will bring together more than 500 participants from all over the world to solve problems, explore, reflect, influence and learn, and features keynote sessions from:

  • Stephen Downes - senior researcher for Canada's National Research Council and a leading proponent of the use of online media and services in education
  • Dame Wendy Hall - Dean of the University of Southampton's Faculty of Physical and Applied Sciences and former President of the Association for Computing Machinery
  • Rachel Wenstone - Vice-President (Higher Education) of the National Union of Students
This year's conference includes a special celebratory evening and awards ceremony on the Wednesday evening to celebrate both the 20th annual conference and the 20th anniversary of ALT.
