·         Sam Dent from the University of Sheffield showing the findings of the HEFCE-funded RARA Project looking at the gaps in student attainment;

·         Gill Reindl from Hartpury describing how they have transformed the student experience (and achieved TEF Gold);

·         Ian Welch from QAA describing where they are going next;

·         David Grey from York St John and UKAT talking about researching personal tutoring;

·         The introduction of the Rob Ward Annual Lecture - .... with Rob Ward himself as the inaugural speaker;

·         Steve Outram will introduce you to activities that will enable you to 'get things done!'
