FW: SIG Research & Evaluation - first ever meeting!

 

 

We would like to invite you to attend the first ever meeting of the RAISE Special Interest Group (SIG) for Research and Evaluation. This will take place on November 16^th at London Metropolitan University between 11am-3pm and will have discussions, activities and guest speakers covering the following topics which were generated at the RAISE conference:

 

·         Collating and sharing examples of good practice in researching and evaluating student engagement

·         Developing and supporting projects across a range of contexts and settings

·         Developing measures that are contextual and student focused, not metric driven

·         Sharing strategies and challenges in evaluating student engagement

·         Addressing the 'theory gap' in student engagement research and evaluation
