Dr Pam Parker is the Associate Director of the Department for Learning Enhancement and Development and a Reader in Educational Development. She has a range of research interests including teaching and learning awards schemes, the impact of our academic practice programme, curriculum development, personal tutoring and individual development for different roles. She is Co-Chair of SEDA the national organisation for staff and educational development and a member of the Conference and events committee.
