4th Biennial Threshold Concepts Conference and 6th NAIRTL Annual Conference

THRESHOLD CONCEPTS:
from personal practice to communities of practice

The 4th Biennial Threshold Concepts Conference takes place in Dublin from 28-29 June and will be hosted by the National Academy.  The conference programme is now finalised and includes 60 oral presentations, 7 workshops, 40 Pecha Kucha presentations and 50 posters addressing the following sub-themes

·  Engaging Students with Threshold Concepts
·  Interdisciplinary Threshold Concepts
·  Threshold Concepts in Professional Development
·  New Developments in Threshold Concepts

A pre-conference ‘Student Symposium’ will be held on June 27 for those new to the area of Threshold Concepts. Delegates are invited to attend either of the two Symposium workshops. Full details of the conference programme, the keynote speakers’ biographies, and related information are included on the conference webpage.
